Hello all, Île-de-France is the name of ´the region, we should not change names by translating them! Please, imagine the consequences if we go on like that translating names of towns. Example: German towns: "Essen", for instance, would be "Eat" or "Meal" in the English wikipedia and "Comer" or "Comida" in the Spanish one. "Dortmund" would be "Theremouth" (en) / Alláboca". "Darmstadt" would be "Intestinetown" (en) / "Ciudad de Intestino" (es) / Ch'unchul llaqta (qu). A name is a name. Otherwise we might as well translate the familiy names of persons in the wikipedias ... :). -- CaTi0604 11:10 28 XI 2007 (UTC)
